I have see a little plastic covers that hide the screws for LCD displays my Sony laptop.?

Pls can anyone tell me what kind of glue I should get to keep the covers back on? I was told to get a plastic adhesive. Is it true?

100% true, some adhesives do not work well with plastic this is not mentioned on the label
